of course they can. My ex next door neighbor got benefits and did not speak a lick of English. Old grandma with NO JOB. she also got 2 home loans, next door to me, and another down the street.
after they defaulted on loan #1, they stripped out the house and moved into home #2, until they defaulted on that.

This is exactly why they want to get their grandparents and those with disabilities etc. into our country....it affords them then a steady cash stream if they don’t qualify themselves. Also why they pay traffickers to bing their kids in who wil then bring the parents and grandparents in later....cha ching cha ching!
