If there's not enough water to go around, Mexico, Arizona and Nevada would be the first to see their shares reduced.

Well, that assholes in the ground now so..

AZ and Co have the longest continuous stretch of shoreline for the Colorado river.
Time they do the math and let those states that have that shoreline get the proper per cent of that water.

And Phoenix isnt getting ANY increase from Mohave counties portion like they are pushing for.
