Mainers for Accountable Leadership is sending a dire message to their elected representative Sen. Susan Collins (R). In a new video, a group of women tell the senator their varying reasons for why she needs to vote against Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh. The reasons range from: He will reverse Roe v. Wade, to people will die.
If @SenatorCollins votes for Kavanaugh, we will replace her. Join the campaign - pledge $20.20 to a Collins opponent at https://t.co/tngVyH7BG3 #StopKavanaugh #mepolitics pic.twitter.com/ioUS7HUY0Z Mainers for Accountable Leadership (@mfalpac) September 3, 2018
"It has been pretty demoralizing to know your elected representative is ignoring you," one woman in the video laments.
Other women argue that a vote for Trump's nominee is a vote to reverse the right to abortion, or a vote to take away the rights of individuals who have "marginalized" gender identities. But, the most extreme view came from the woman who predicted, "As a Mainer who has a pre-existing condition, if you vote yes on Kavanaugh, you're voting to kill me."

“The reasons range from: He will reverse Roe v. Wade, to people will die.”
A justice does not have the power to overturn law. People are going to die anyway.
Yeah Ben, but you've got to admit...it's pretty frustrating to have to engage in political discourse with real people with real power who forthrightly maintain they get to keep a bag of money (Roe v. Wade) because "finders keepers."
“Oh thats a given.” At least you didn’t say gibbon. ;-)
Bullsh*t hysterics from a gaggle of morons.
“Intimidation has worked for the liberals for the last 40-50 years”
Seinfeld episode:
“what do you mean you don’t want to wear the ribbon?
Well, if he is NOT approved people will die as well. What is their point?
Or wrist band for whatever the cause of the week is.
Oh goody more VVs, Vagina Voters who focus solely on what they seem to think the world should revolve around. When I look at them I think it should be called “The Devils Triangle” not the clinical word used above
Choices have consequences, and if you make the wrong one then it will bear fruit.
Even if all you want to do is kill it before it is fully ripe.
Life, Liberty and the pursuit of happiness, who stands in the breech for all of the unborn children who never had their rights protected?
May God have mercy on their souls
I live in Maine.
The baby killing abortionists are running constant ads on TV saying the freedom of millions of American women is at stake, contact Susan Collins, urge her to vote NO on Kavanaugh, etc.
It’s pathetic.
One woman appears, says she has two children now, says that when she was younger, she was in an abusive relationship, abortion was her only option, Kavanaugh will take that “right” away, blah, blah.
I’m yelling at the TV...”The only option? Abortion? How about adoption?”
There is one group, though, that’s running ads that seem favorable to Kavanaugh and they are urging Susan Collins to do “the right thing.” This commercial sounds like they’re urging Collins to vote “yes.”
These same moonbat groups urged Collins to vote NO on Gorsuch and to vote NO on the president’s tax cuts, but Collins voted YES on both.
I know, I am used to the Websters or shall I say “clinical” description
Political Correctness is not place I will ever go, others paid for me to have freedom of speech and I refuse to pay for the same ground twice
“if you vote yes on Kavanaugh, you’re voting to kill me.”
Whooo...sweetening the pot!
Sounds like a win/win to me. So, are there as many folks who want him confirmed for various causes? Like they are the only ones that matter. But, that’s how they are.
But the bills and stress is what kills ya.
The people we used to transport to the hospital most frequently never had any intention of paying their bills.
Malodorous, malicious, maladjusted, malevolent, malcontents?
Nattering Nabobs of Negativism.
Isnt she like 90?
Ha, ha, I remember that. They are still with us.
