Putin is another Russian empire-builder in a 700-year line of such rulers since Dmitry Donskoy in the 14th century. So he’s by definition an enemy of the US and the free world. But it’s also clear that Kristol and Kasparov are basically totalitarians at heart, and no friends of liberty.
