But less than a year ago, 1 million gathered near Istanbul after a march from Ankara under the banner Adalet. It was a well know Kemalist who lead it. At the time Erdogan did nothing.
Lately he has been bold enough to begin picking on them. In normal times in Turkey, they would have ended Erdogan.
