If the IG Horowitz is Investigating, Rosenstein has already been cleared.

Rod, Did you have good intentions?

Rod, Are you Partisan?

Rod, Can your assistant also tell us, it was an innocent mistake?

Rod, you do have the utmost respect for the law, right?

Ruling: Honest Mistake. Procedures will be changed and care will be taken not to Frame Presidents in the future.

If Rosenstein was lying to the FISA court, he can be pushed out of his AAG position or even fired. Then Trump can appoint (or get Sleepy to appoint) a real junkyard dog to replace him.

Then this replacement can tell Mueller to stop and shove it BECAUSE MUELLER REPORTS DIRECTLY TO THIS POSITION (be it Rosenstein or someone else).

Therefore, it won’t be Trump or Rip Van Winkle who fires him, it will be the new guy who doesn’t give a shit what the leftist media, Hollyweird or the Democrats think.

All this hinges on Rosenstein being ousted legally and his replacement coming in as a “recess appointment” who does not need Congressional approval for the next year or so.

What would Sessions be doing on this matter that wouldn’t violate his recusal “from any matters arising from the campaigns for President of the United States”?

More like “To avoid unwelcome public scrutiny of the Department, Democrat participants in future frame-ups of Republican presidents will be given new procedures for covering their tracks and hiding their personal political biases.”

“Sessions plays chess in a PAC-Man media world.”

I dont think what is going on is an elaborate chess strategy. It is much simpler than that:

Trump can’t be the aggressor here without feeding the narrative that he is vanquishing his political adversaries.

This swamp draining needs to be above politics - it needs to be about founding principles of the Republic. The battle is over the deep state’s gross abuse of government agencies and their attempt to subvert the will of the people and interfere with the peaceful transition of power.

If Trump, a Republican President, and his politically loyal AG and DOJ were to send a bunch of Obama era Democrat co-conspirators to prison, then the whole victory would be tainted by politics - and the overiding moral and ethical lessons of history would be lost in the mire of politics.

Trump understands that the American people need to swing the machete, not him (or his AG).

If this is all going to be worth the fight and have a long lasting effect on American reassertion of self-governance, the heros will have to be from the legislature - elected representatives of the people - figures such as Mark Meadows, etc.

Trump may be able to help in subtle ways but the real attack has to come from outside the executive branch, because the executive branch is where the real entrenched deep state lives.

Everyone should know how it works, IG clears Rosenstein by using Rosenstein’s own “testimony,” and a Rosenstein underling approves FISAs for a day, with Rosenstein looking over his shoulder.

All the Authority lies in the activist Justice Dept.

‘ang ‘em. And oh how he deserves it. He is a key figure in the liberal fascist racketeering crime syndicate that tried to execute a coup against a duly elected president of the United States.

A RICO* investigation of these a$$hats at FBI, CIA, DOJ and MI6 should be forthcoming ASAP. Bring down these leftist cosa nostra thugs, including Mueller the extortionist!

******************************************

*RICO:

The Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act, commonly referred to as the RICO Act or simply RICO, is a United States federal law that provides for extended criminal penalties and a civil cause of action for acts performed as part of an ongoing criminal organization. The RICO Act focuses specifically on racketeering and allows the leaders of a syndicate to be tried for the crimes they ordered others to do or assisted them in doing, closing a perceived loophole that allowed a person who instructed someone else to, for example, murder, to be exempt from the trial because they did not actually commit the crime personally.[1]

RICO was enacted by section 901(a) of the Organized Crime Control Act of 1970 (Pub.L. 91–452, 84 Stat. 922, enacted October 15, 1970) and is codified at 18 U.S.C. ch. 96 as 18 U.S.C. §§ 1961–1968. G. Robert Blakey, an adviser to the United States Senate Government Operations Committee, drafted the law under the close supervision of the committee’s chairman, Senator John Little McClellan. It was enacted as Title IX of the Organized Crime Control Act of 1970, and signed into law by Richard M. Nixon. While its original use in the 1970s was to prosecute the Mafia as well as others who were actively engaged in organized crime, its later application has been more widespread.

Beginning in 1972, 33 states adopted state RICO laws to be able to prosecute similar conduct

True. Mid-terms — the game is rigged and they know about the high-percentage of mid-term flip. To say it’s complicated, what with the traitor media to boot, is an understatement for sure.

If it’s true then he’s possibly the domino that falls at just the right moment and rolls all the other rats with him.

I think not this time. I believe Trump is beyond angry. I think he’s out to get some scalps at this point. He’s not a quitter and he’s taken a lot of crap. It’s now coming to a head.

“That sounds about right. It will be a miracle if the DOJ turns over these fisa docs willingly...”

Given his financial resources and savvy, I think it's highly likely that Trump has his own investigators in place.

And that’s part of Session’s chess move. Take away RR’s powers, and let the People’s House impeach him after they get ahold of unredacted documents he’s been stonewalling, and his perfidy is revealed to the world. Even CNN won’t be able to pretend it’s not happening.
