Here’s a thought

How about we play to win and let all the concern trolls stay home?

When you are playing a game, and the rules only apply to one side, guess which side loses.

Just like we haven’t won a war since WWII, we always lose if we apply rules to our side that the other side doesn’t have to play by

If Rosenstein is neutered on signing FISA warrants, how are any FISA warrants being issued?

Sessions would be signing them unless it is an investigation into people related to his recusal. I assume the number three at DOJ would be signing the ones Sessions can’t.

then imo they when they are terminated they should have to pay back their salaries, in part or full depending on how much actual proper work in line with Trump agenda they have completed.

“The DOJ IG should take his findings straight to Trump in case like this skipping Sessions”

When an Agency head fails to take action, the IG is compelled to report directly to Congress after seven days in something called a seven day letter. My guess it goes to the oversight committees in both houses.

Interestingly there was a brouhaha regarding the FBI and IG in 2011 involving the IG review of materials the FBI VIEWED AS WITHHOLDABLE. IOW, the FBI set itself up as the determination of what would be disclosed.

Exactly. I was excited but as Joe kept talking, saying Sessions is asleep and Horowitz is toothless and Huber is a dummy, I was like well then who is investigating him.

Joe is like the Gateway Pundit of talking heads. What he says may be factually true but it’s way oversold.

I would not be in favor of a RICO case here. Yes there are many predicate charges that would form the basis for such a matter but those investigations take time. IMO, simple conspiracy cases including obstruction of justice and false statements would be far easier to prosecute. Maybe even a host of civil rights violation under of color of law (18USC242). DOJ policy last I was aware, 20 years ago, required RICO cases to be approved at the Department level. So, IMO any local USA, more probably the DC USA for venue purposes should be charged to do this matter. Or a special USA similar to the old Strike Force heads (DeGenova would be good).

I still don’t get how the USA in Utah was supposed to be investigating anything here. I don’t think Hitlery was ever in Utah!!

If he's under investigation by an entity that can't even issue a subpoena, what's the point?
