Unions of any kind are illegal in my view. If they ever had any merit... those days are gone.
So the idea of illegal immigrants (already breaking the law) want to engage in FURTHER illicit conduct, is laughable.
Actually, it might be a good idea. Companies hire illegals because they are cheaper. If they unionize, they won’t be cheaper.
The union of illegals meeting can be attended by ICE and everybody there detained and deported. No hearing required.

Yes. My point is that the hive mind scanned the decision for who won and who lost, and what Kavenaugh’s position was, saw that it was wrongthink, and stopped. They didn’t read his sound reasoning.
And this is not even the worst of it. By the time something gets to the Supreme Court, the lower courts have reversed each other three or four or more times. These hacks can’t say OMG EXTREMIST OUT OF THE MAINSTREAM when they’re looking at a decision.
