Sen. Cory Booker (D-N.J.) on Thursday said during the confirmation hearing for President Trump Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh that he will release "committee confidential" documents, which have not been cleared to be released publicly.
"I am right now before you process is finished, I am going to release the email about racial profiling and I understand the penalty comes with potential ousting from the Senate," Booker said.
Booker acknowledged that he would "knowingly violating the rules."
