Agreed, paranoid fit for Richard Nixon but definitely not for Donald Trump. Maybe he should be, well, more politely, a lot less trusting. He needs to give a few days to cleaning house, getting rid of anyone that is remotely not to be trusted, anyone leftover from the last administration, people via sources that don’t have his best interest in mind.
Trump: please keep tweeting this out. Sunlight is the best disinfectant.
This is embarrassing for your enemies because most people wish for civility and are scared by what is happening. After all, it could happen to their guy when he or she is in office. And emphasize how bad it is.
We need to take this very seriously! The future of this once great country depends on it!
The past two years have been eye-opening for any Americans paying attention
- there is a deep state
- there are at least 7 or 8 de-facto branches of government
- the intelligence agencies are far more powerful and aggressive than anyone realizes
- the corporatist media is completely co-opted by the deep state
- many corporations and Wall Street Banks are in on the arrangement, because they are in a privileged position to profit off huge spending and massive debt
This system was built over many decades, and isn’t going to go away anytime soon.
The NYT piece may be genuine. But the more reports of widespread “resistance” within the administration appear the more I’m inclined to believe they’re psych ops. They might be completely fabricated, or they might be real cases that are distorted or exaggerated. I’m rither case they’re designed to sow discord and undermine Trump.

Anyone participating in something like this, belongs in prison.
Congress is the remedy to problematic presidents, not individuals in the White House who have their own agenda.

Certainly he did not fire enough people. Not even close. I think the depth of the swamp surprised him. There was a press video of him sitting with Obama a few days after the election. Trump had a “oh ^£$#” look on his face. Today he is settled in and extremely effective. He will eventually have to really step up and do battle with the swamp.

My thoughts are about on the same lines as yours.
I know he had that hiccup at the very start of the transition where he had to fire Chris Christie for breaking his “no lobbyists” pledge. That seemed to throw everything off-kilter.
I have changed my view on this issue. We have been told about what a negative thing it is for this “anon” snake to write an article in the NYT. I believe it is an extremely positive development and an answer to one of my prayers. I have prayed that the hidden backstabbers be exposed. They just were! The name of this traitor, and others just like him will come out and they will see a bright light shined on them. How long do you really think that this person’s name will remain hidden?
If Trump has done anything wrong, it is there are no Bolshekrats swinging.

F Chuck Tod said to go nuclear on Fox News and the President in the “Atlantic” and with this stalking trick of the “New York Times,” it seems to be working.
