All congresscritters wanting tickets issued for their guests need to sign their names on them vouching for the behavior of said guests, so if there’s a disruption from someone connected to representative “Smith” they’ll be denied tickets for future days’ hearings and face censure or other punishment. Perhaps removal from whatever committee they’re on. And every guest should have to show a photo ID and sign under penalty of perjury that they swear not to be a nuisance or otherwise interrupt the proceedings.
Civility used to be part of society. Not so much anymore.
Maybe they should invite a few deplorables. You know, sit quietly in the audience until one of these Peckerheads gets froggy, and then, perform the perfect body slam! Or just a righteous tune up before getting arrested.
