Good evening/morning, ML...((HUGS))...another lounging at the A/C day for you and Penny?
The day was brutal, humid, heavy, tropical hot. I had my lesson 26 miles away which is always followed by a motorcycle ride with my brother and his wife to a local pub where we eat, play computer trivia, converse, and play music BINGO with a live DJ (a real adventure in multi-tasking!) and then I ride home. It is our Thursday routine.
Somebody said it was going to rain, but I checked the Internet and it said there was only a 25% chance. So I took the bike.
While I was teaching, the heavens opened and it POURED. We ended up leaving Blue in the driveway while we went in a car to the pub.
Armed with a big towel, I dried Blue off and rode home afterwards. By this time, it was still raining, but not as badly. However, the temperature had plummeted and the already dark, curvy, country roads were shrouded in fog.
I got home safely, though soaked to the bone and shivering. I walked the dog one more time, peeled off my clothes, did a load of laundry, read, and went to sleep.
This morning, it’s hot again. LOL.
I won the computer trivia, never got a BINGO, and had a fun time.
Next Thursday I will do it again!. :-)
