I don’t believe I have ever heard Mitch spointaneously on the spot defend President Trump. The same can be said for Ryan.

We have a president who gets absolutely no support from the party and it’s leaders.

The left is all coordinated with the media, the press, the fascist groups, the rich billionaires, the rank and file Democrats in Congress, and of course their leaders.

Trump has...

Crickets.

It’s Mitch’s job to get these judges affirmed. Big whoop. You’d think he just discovered unobtainium. No, he just went through the procedures to get more judges approved. It’s his fricken job.

What else has he done? What has Ryan done?

We have the Left carrying on in a vacuum these days, because our side says nothing does nothing and will never do anything to help Trump.

Old turtle d—k is now telling us he’ll hold over the wall funding until after the election. The man must be on his knees all night these days, praying to God He’ll toss the election to the Democrats, so Mitch can go on doing nothing and not be called on the carpet for it.

He’ll join the others in Congress telling us that if we’d only give them the majority, we could get things done.

Screw the whole lot of them. And as for Mitch and Ryan, two guys who have tossed the opportunity of a lifetime away, well, you know what I’m thinking.

Two years Mitch... two fricken years and you passed one tax cut bill. Has your arm healed yet, from patting yourself on the back for that one?

What an absolute travesty.

Oh, I don't disagree Trump is having tremendous success appointing judges. I just don't give credit to McConnell's leadership. I give credit to Trump's administration for knowing McConnell's (and other's) pressure points.

If you believe that McConnell is a conservative, my old FRiend, you've forgotten a decade+ of history we've shared on this board. I do not trust that McConnell has been to the river and washed in the Holy Spirit. More likely he's been to Trump's woodshed and been given a lesson in decorum. McConnell is reigned in, to be sure. But the moment the reins are loosed, he'll be back to his old ways. Don't show McConnell your back if you value it.

Bottom line, McConnell has been great on the Federal judiciary. And he was proving that long before Trump showed up.

Well, what about successfully holding up Garland? Are you insinuating that McConnell held the line for Trump's benefit? That notion is seriously laughable. Only those of us at the grass roots level believed Trump stood a chance at winning. Neither Jeb Bush or Hillary Clinton (the anointed ones) believed Trump had the remotest opportunity to win. And (once you realize the democrats and republicans are like the Lakers and Celtics ... both owned by the NBA) you will understand that McConnell holding out on the Garland nomination was not for your benefit or mine. It was for the puppetmaster's benefit. McConnell is a puppet. And thankfully the Trump administration is now holding the strings.

A lot of words that say nothing. “Puppet master “? Who is that? McConnell withstood huge political pressure to hold up Garlands nomination on the slim chance that Trump would be elected. And he was. Yet you still have to bellyache.

Bellyache? Sure, Mitch McConnell is one of several consistent historical causes of intestinal disruption. And I'll keep reminding FRiends of that lest we be lulled by RINO cheerleaders into forgetting the past. An "F" rating is an "F" rating. A conservative score card of 36% speaks volumes to those smart enough to listen. I'm glad the Trump administration found McConnell's pressure points. But our memories must extend beyond the Trump administration's duration.
