I would tend to disagree. Presently for tariffs and trade policy...the 28 nations undoubtedly gave away their abilities on commerce and trade, and there’s just the EU standard. That’s why Trump got smart and said he’d only talk with Junker and the EU. Germany suddenly realized that they hold no control over the tariff business anymore.
On refugees and asylum policy....the countries still hold power over the EU, and it’ll likely stay that way.
