You don’t have to have seen the movie in order to be familiar with the line or what it generally means.
Booker jumped through all sorts of pointless hoops just to say that.
He literally achieved nothing else other than delivering that line.

Facts don’t matter to most people. Booker gave the media some quotes they can run with and liberals will eat it up.
He also has some good material for his 2020 campaign - doesn’t matter if there’s no truth, it’ll make good ads.
