(CNSNews.com) - At her Thursday press briefing, House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi presented a list of issues and groups of people she believes will be on the chopping block if the Senate confirms Judge Brett Kavanaugh to the Supreme Court.
If Judge Kavanaugh is confirmed, Roe v. Wade, affordable health care, voting rights, common-sense gun violence prevention, freedoms of LGBTQ Americans, communities of colors and immigrants are all on the chopping block, just to name a few, Pelosi said.
And if he doesn't believe in stare decisis as established law, everything is on the table. Again, voting rights, civil rights, Brown v. the Board of Education. All right? she said.
Brown v. Board of Education was the unanimous 1954 decision in which the Supreme Court ruled that racially segregated schools violated the Equal Protection Clause of the Fourteenth Amendment.
Here is an excerpt from Pelosis briefing where she discusses Kavanaugh:
This week, the nation has witnessed the confirmation hearings for the most radical anti-health care, anti-choice Supreme Court nominee in recent history, a nominee who thinks that President Trump is above the law.
We recognize the right of a president to make appointments. We have a disagreement over a couple of things, in terms of issues and values and, apparently, there's also a disagreement about stare decisis. If somethings established law, is it established law?
But when you go beyond the various challenges, cases that come before the court and say the president is above the law and should not be questioned, he's far too busy to be questioned.
He didn't feel that way, in contradiction to his vile proposed questions that he wanted posed to President Clinton. I'm sure you're familiar with them.
If Judge Kavanaugh is confirmed, Roe v. Wade, affordable health care, voting rights, common-sense gun violence prevention, freedoms of LGBTQ Americans, communities of colors and immigrants are all on the chopping block, just to name a few.
And if he doesn't believe in stare decisis as established law, everything is on the table. Again, voting rights, civil rights, Brown v. the Board of Education. All right?
Our focus has been in--since his name came forward and he was proposed, on health care and Roe v. Wade, because they have such clarity and immediacy for the American people in their lives. And that might be a way to stop this nomination.
Nancy Botoxly may have dementia, but she’s been dishonest and evil for decades.
Dementia or not, she will never willingly give up her power, she’s too narcissistic for that.
Having that senile old hag as one of the faces of the Rat party is a good thing for us.
Perhaps Judiciary Chair Sen Grassley might poll Sens Feinstein, Booker, Harris, Durbin, Whitehouse,
and the rest, to determine which abortion-related right the Democrats are most concerned about:
<><> the right to have her aborted baby's body part sold off for research?
<><> a women's right to partial birth abortions whereby half-born babies are suctioned out, their brains and skulls crushed?
<><> a woman might lose the right to have the neck of her aborted baby born alive twisted off to make the body parts saleable?
<><> women might lose the right to the Gosnell technique--sticking a scissor in the neck of an aborted baby born alive to kill it?
<><> the right to have a late term abortion, baby born alive, be abandoned, and left to die all alone in a filthy garbage can?
<><> a woman's right to have her unborn baby's remains burned up in "large ovens"?
<><> a woman's right to have her aborted baby hauled away in a cardboard box to a landfill?

“..Gee....sounds like a racial Dog Whistle to me...”
Obvious that these liars are really SWEATING losing minority votes. The fact that the Halfrican is jumping on the stump makes that pretty clear. This is all about keeping them on the RAT plantation.
It is great watching them do their insane back flips....
Someone should tell Pelosi that Justice Kavanaugh is not going to do anything by himself. He is not being nominated to be KING but just one member of the Supreme Court.
A case has to work its way to the Supreme Court, be accepted, argued and then a vote.
What I will predict that the left will not be bringing as many cases to the court as before since they are no longer assured of “winning”.
I think conservatives will begin going to court again trying to pull back some of the excesses of the previous court.
bump
They are crazy with anxiety.
Not dementia, just propaganda.
Pelosi wants to create hysteria to drive turnout.
The problem with this is that its been done so often that the hysteria is now permanent.
Save Communities Matter!
For Everyone!
How many times a day is a chopping clock correct?
Well, it’s true: everyone will die, eventually.
Hey Obama - which party is spreading divisiveness and hatred again?
The sad part is, there are people who will actually believe this horse sh!t.................
So the Judge, after he takes his deat at the Bar is going to send out the troops to round up the Negroes and put them in camps? or shoot them?
Well stated, you’re exactly and that would apply to many other RATs as well who use that same scare tactic.
Beat me to it. I was going to say while their ‘colors are on the chopping block’ presumably meaning their welfare payments aka plantation allowance, their unemployment rate is the lowest in generations.
Apparently, America’s blacks prefer working for a living and earning their pay over begging the Pelosi’s in the Swamp for crumbs on the floor.
