I never bought that hillary was having a fit either here or the balloon drop.
I watched that thing a bazillion (ok, maybe not a bazillion) times and I do believe she was trying to be funny, like whoa, you all are coming at me at all at once once.
Also, the balloon drop, I believe she was being animated in expressing a “wow” moment.
With all that said, we played those moments like a RAT would and we made them stick...making people wonder if she was in good health and up for the job.
