If congress would put some money out there it would spread
the wealth around a bit and provide jobs for many people.
The Corp puts out Govt bids for private companies to perform the work. Military is not involved in actual work. This still spreads the money to our citizens. I performed so many contracts for the Govt that I was able to retire nicely and took care of my crew and families of over 300 workers.
