There is a difference now....... there is a Supreme Court that will interpret the constitution as written.

That's a good point and a positive step for the country. However, on this point, the Constitution is silent on the definition of Natural Born Citizen and if a issue arises, then the Supreme Court will have to interpret the meaning and intent of the Constitution.
