Over the past few months, Attorney General Jeff Sessions has faced fierce criticism for his role in the Trump administration’s family separation policy. But while the White House continues to deal with the fallout from tearing kids away from their parents at the border, Sessions has been busy orchestrating another, much quieter attack on the country’s immigration system.
Tensions have been simmering for months between the attorney general and the hundreds of judges overseeing immigration courts, but they reached a new high in July. The flashpoint was the case of Reynaldo Castro-Tum, a Guatemalan man who was scheduled to appear in a Philadelphia immigration court but had repeatedly failed to turn up. The judge, Steven Morley, wanted to determine whether Castro-Tum had received adequate notice, and rescheduled a hearing for late July. But instead of waiting for that appointment, the Justice Department sent a new judge from Virginia to take over the case. Judge Deepali Nadkarni subsequently ordered Castro-Tum deported.
The move sparked immediate outcry: The National Association of Immigration Judges (NAIJ), a union representing about 350 immigration judges, filed a formal grievance, and 15 retired immigration judges released a public statement condemning the action. “Such interference with judicial independence is unacceptable,” they wrote.

Jeff Sessions is a SWAMP eel. He fed on corporate political contributions and is in debt to them. Corporations want cheap labor. Therefore they want massive immigration to oppress wages.
Sessions was not Trump’s choice for AG. He belongs to McConnell, the Uniparty and/or the deep state.
Of course, he is going to carry out some specific conservative policies, but the purpose of his flimsy recusal allowing Rosenstein and Mueller to run wild, was to keep a leash on Trump, and above all, not allow the key DOJ, CIA, FBI players to be uncovered.
I am using that. NICE!
Dubious about Mother Jones, and they will exaggerate this issue, but Sessions was all about immigration. If this is true, maybe Trump defibrillated him to life.

The rumor from the recent House Judiciary & Oversight Committee hearing is that Ohr is a cooperating witness. Lisa Page too. Someone was posting real time to reddit. If so, that explains why he is still on the payroll. They park him at a desk with nothing to do until they want him for questioning.
I've been reading "the other side" ( the N.Y. Times, Wapo, even THE EAST VILLAGE OTHER and taking names and making lists ), long before anyone had a personal computer; let alone this site.

I think I see the problem here.
How many of these characters has this been said about only to find out it's not true? These guys are kept on the payroll to get their pension time in and find jobs that pay better than the ones they have now. That's why they won't flip.

That could well be true. But Huber may not be the lone US Attorney on the hunt. The Eastern District of Arkansas has also been mentioned as the recipient of document loads from IG Horowitz.

Strzok was fired. Comey was fired. Sally Yates was fired. McCabe resigned. Page and Ohr are said to have flipped by people who have heard them interviewed.

I agree...but I still want to know how crazy the crazy is! I have to admit it’s also entertaining to see the moonbats howl.
How many believed/still believe that there is such a thing as "CAMPUS RAPE CULTURE", that a "GOP guy" raped that POS Lena Dunham, and/or that the guys from Duke raped the black stripper.....no matter how many articles, in other publications, have disproved it all? And those few things I named, are but the tip of the spurious laden iceberg.
There's lefty stuff, biased stuff, and then there's just pure, unalloyed, useless, worthless CRAP!
And the ONLY heads "exploding" are ours, when we read anything from this source!
