All Justices have been appointed by some president and none have previously recused themselves from cases somehow related to those who appointed them.

The Soviet Union retreated, but the Democrats did not. When the Democrats lose, they double down and try to overturn the results. Retreating and trying again would be a better strategy, probably, but that is not the one they use. They never ever retreat.

Every sane person who watches conservative news. “Mainstream” outlets do not report these things. Someone has to make a real effort to know what is going on. Most people just live their lives and only casually glance at the news, unfortunately.
