Formulated the leagal defense of ObamaCare when in the Obama White House, and even had a hand in drafting the legislation.
And then while on the court, refused to recuse herself, and ruled in favor of Obamacare in defiance of Federal Law.
The media, of course, applauded Kagan for her actions.
