You should check out the Spectrum Choice option. You cancel the regular cable service and then select your preferred channels, which will be available via your internet connection. IOW, an á la carte service.

It appears Spectrum has recognized the old business model is dying, and is offering their customers a "cord cutting" option of their own that keeps them with Spectrum.
