She does, thanks. Her caregiver, who is wonderful, is right next door. Do you believe it...at 101 she still lives in her house, which is what she wants. Good friends (basically adopted family) live down the road. Two nieces live with 30 minutes. One of my brothers will be flying in from Oklahoma in three weeks.

She’s an amazing woman. It’s that strong will of hers that keeps her self sufficient. But, still good (more than good) that she has a close network of those who care about and for her.

Bless your mother. My mother is also 101, but safe (for the moment) here in WA State with you and me. She lives in a retirement home but still fairly active. Do you still live more or less in the geographic middle of Mount St. Helens, Mt. Adams, and Mt. Hood?
