Peter is saying that this first exit poll shows 40% for the Left, 40% for the Center and 20% for the Right (i.e., anti-immigration). Neither the Left nor the Center are willing to work with the Right; so this will leave the government in a "funny" state.

The establishment will make some "grand" coalition to shut-out the Sweden Democrats, just like the SPD and CDU/CSU shut-out the AfD in Germany.
If the establishment in both countries keeps frustrating the electoral politics of the solidly anti-immigrant portion of their population, then that plurality will eventually seek non-electoral means to see that their views achieve political representation.
Shows how the establishment there (just like here) are the real destroyers of democracy.
