Butter is healthier than olive or walnut oil for eggs?

Olive oil has about a 30 day safe life after it is pressed. After that it is oxidized poison like all of the other bottled oils.
Walnut oil is even less forgiving, lasting mere days before the odor of rancidity begins to appear.
Butter can sit on a shelf unrefrigerated for weeks and still be healthy. If refrigerated, it keeps indefinitely.
Its nature’s perfect low temperature oil.
