I missed my morning walk because DirecTV was supposed to show up. However, now they have increased the price that they promised us to upgrade. And now they are finally admitting that the software “upgrade” they did in May that has made dvr’d programs disappear won’t be fixed for another 6 months. Every time I’ve called they told me next week. We thought that doing an upgrade and getting a new DVR might fix the problem. Apparently not and it is DirecTV wide. That’s some pretty lousy quality control! So now they want to charge us more to have to put up with a software glitch that is terribly annoying? The DVR programs disappear, yet however they are still there taking up memory. So my DVR is getting full and I can’t delete anything! And they think this is fine and should charge full price for it?
I think we will be calling dish shortly. One problem with being in the country is we have no cable. And the satellite companies think we have no other options.

I read last week that less illegals and even legal immigrants were applying for welfare benefits, because Trump has quietly made it so that anyone receiving government assistance will not be considered for citizenship. Even though Congress is worthless, he is still doing all he can! What an amazing man. I don’t know how he keeps going against so much opposition but I am so grateful for him.
I just picked up some Biofreeze roll on at Sam’s Club over the weekend. I love the roll-on format! With everything else my hands get all greasy and smelly and it doesn’t even wash off with soap and hot water. I really hate cooking dinner after that LOL!

We turned off cable TV and went with Roku a while back, still have to have internet but we are saving $80 bucks a month and don’t put up with all the commercials, 20min. out of every hour TV show.
It took getting used to, also got Netflix for 3 TVs, cost $12 a month.
Just depends on what you like to watch, I get FNC on Roku via YouTube live but can’t get FBC without paying fee, watch Lou Dobbs next day on YouTube if I want to see his show.
