435 representatives is NOT sacrosanct and never intended to be. Number stopped going up in 1928 I believe and no one’s bothered to continue it. A simple majority vote would continue the count on its merry way. This twisting of the ratio of reps to the number of constituents is ridiculous. Tie it to the census but also increase the number so it’s 1:100,000 vs. 1:750,000+ now.

The census needs to be returned to an actual head count and not the estimated BS that was done by the Obama admin. Also, the census bureau should be moved back to the Treasury Dept., where it was originally located. Obama moved it under White House jurisdiction, turning it into a political tool.
