Omarosa plays new tapes of Trump talking about Hillary and Russia on 'The View'

That was my thought.

The Boss wants to know what's going on and somehow Omarosa and The View girls see this as 'unstable'.

And a leader is SUPPOSED to wander around and crash meetings, work places, events, etc. It is leadership by involvement.

The concept of "Management by Walking Around" goes back to the early 1980s and a book called "In Search of Excellence". In the days when a manager actually managed staff, instead of being their surrogate mommy or daddy during the work day, this book and the principles in it were the standard for up and coming managers. Even though I was non-management, I was strongly encouraged to read the book regardless.

In the tape, Trump claims the "real Russia story is Hillary and collusion," a statement that he has made in public multiple times. He alleges the Clinton campaign paid $9 million for an unidentified "phony report."

And.....? So what's the big deal here?? President Trump is 100% correct.

Trump says Hillary had a law firm pay millions for the Russia dossier, which came from Russians. He says she's the one who colluded with the Russians and she did it through a law firm so it wouldn't be tied to her directly. Whoopie Goldberg's response: "Do you think y’all knowingly lied to the American people?" one of the "View" hosts, actress Whoopi Goldberg, asked Manigault Newman on the show. "Absolutely," Manigault Newman replied. "We would have to go out as the comms team and repeat verbatim what you just heard."

What was the lie? Be specific Whoopie, because everything he said was true.

You are supposed to SEE IT YOURSELF in real time rather than have everyone get prepared for the boss to show up and be all prettied up.

In the Navy, we call it "management by walking around", as opposed to someone who sits behind their desk sending e-mails and drafting powerpoint slides all day, and has no clue what is happening on the deckplates. Every single good leader I know does this.
