1) Texas leaves the union starting the Constitutional States of America. Mississippi, Oklahoma, New Mexico, Louisiana, Alabama, Georgia and North and south Carolina join.
2) Trump is named president of the new CSA
3) Hillary calls for a draft—invades and is repulsed.

The speaker does not have to be a member of the house, it could be the hildabeast.
If mad max actually succeeds in getting President Trump and the VP Pence before Pence could select his VP, the hildabeast would then be constitutionally next in line for the presidency.
