That’s no 30’ wall. The box steel may be 30’ but 8’ to 10’ is in the ground. the wall is barely 20’.
The only 30 foot barrier going in now is in Calexico, CA.
The rest is generally 18 feet.
The new 30 foot barrier in Calexico recently had a guy fall, while trying to enter illegally. He broke both femurs, injured his back and had to medically evacuated by helicopter - not sure if he survived.
