There is another Typhoon approaching Philippines. The local media is as usual calling it a
SUPER TYPHOON.
The forecast by the severe weather center in Japan has it becoming a level 5 while still out to sea, but reducing to a 4 before it drowns the northern most island, Itbayat, and Taiwan.
