You got that right....it keeps his puss in front of the cameras....gets him lots of TV talk exposure.

It also keeps the black vote in his camp----b/c blacks actually believe all our laws rules and regs....and the US Constitution....were made by evil white slave-owners intent on marginalizing blacks.

A black guy like Booker speaking up against the rules is good news for them.

Expelling Booker from the senate (for this) ain't gonna happen. That would be like throwing Brer Rabbit into the briar patch (see Brer Rabbit and the Tar Baby).
