Their argument is that they aren’t subject to the First Amendment because they’re private companies. Fine, but why should they also be protected from liability? Other private companies that publish to the internet are liable for their publications. If they want that kind of protection on the theory they are a neutral platform that other people publish on, what’s the argument for them to censor legal speech? Either they are a neutral platform or a biased publisher.

I agree. We are in an Orwellian age to stop all descent from orthodoxy. It is literally the inquisition. This is why the deep state is so outraged not to control President Trump. I think the people sense this and are rallying to him.
