Goes against their talking about countries having gay marriage is “inevitable” and once gay marriage is enacted, its now “settled law” and no one would dare repeal that and “disenfranchise” lots of “happy” gay couples.
Apparently the repeal (and replace with domestic partnerships) left “marriages” that were already performed in place.
