From what I see the Article fails to quote the price of Truck fuel in China. Looked up Diesel in China is 6.76 Chinese Renminbi per liter. That's 0.99 US dollars per liter or $3.78 per US Gallon.

It's $3.179 here for comparison.

I checked in Denmark is about $6.54 per US Gallon.
