I guess the ACLU must be slaving over a response to the social media’s effectively silencing conservative political speech it disagrees with......blatantly nullifying First Amendment protections.

ACLU is warning its partners on the left that they are boiling the frog too fast and need to slow down or loose their momentum.

I suggest Cuomo take the important first step: remove firearms from all law enforcement agencies and his personal security detail. After that, from the New York National Guard.

The ACLU know Cuomo is going to lose in court. This is classic viewpoint discrimination. Also, they’re worried that Republican governors could do the same against various Leftist groups in multiple red states.
I worry about sabotage from ACLU on the inside. I hope the NRA isn’t sharing all of it’s legal arguments with ACLU.
Many years ago, the ACLU sided with a local guy concerning the 2nd amendment. Just a day or two before it went to trial, they bailed out leaving him to lose. I am sure the NRA is not depending on them. I wouldn’t.
