Bush and the GOP was unprepared for the Democrat/media narrative which blamed all the death and destruction on them. This time Trump and the GOP know it’s coming and are prepared. Considering that the US is the only country that has actually reduced its carbon footprint over the past 5 years (primarily coal power generation replaced by natural gas), what are they blaming on Trump? His words? Or maybe the booming economy and factory openings that slightly increase carbon footprint?
While we have cheap carbon sources in the world, we should exploit them. There are too many people in the world who do not have access to electricity. It is cruel to relegate them to poverty to save on CO2 emissions.
There will be time enough to address global warming hoax with new technology, after we raise the world’s population out of poverty.
