Somali Muslim Cop Who Shot Woman Was Hired AFTER Being Found ‘Unable to Handle Stress’ of Job
PJ Media ^ | SEPTEMBER 13, 2018 | ROBERT SPENCER

Identity politics kills. If there is any lesson to be drawn from the killing of Justine Ruszczyk Damond, that is it. The city of Minneapolis was so eager to have a Somali Muslim police officer on the force that it hired a man who had been found incompetent to hold the job. Further, it did not fire him even when he proved that he was indeed unfit to be a cop.

Fox News has reported that “the former Minneapolis police officer charged in the shooting death of Justine Ruszczyk Damond once put a gun to a driver’s head during a traffic stop and sometimes ignored calls, according to court filings indicating that psychiatrists and training officers voiced concerns about his fitness for duty.”

Not only that, but “[Mohamed] Noor was flagged by two psychiatrists during a pre-hiring evaluation in early 2015. The psychiatrists said he seemed unable to handle the stress of regular police work and exhibited an unwillingness to deal with people.”

The psychiatrists added: “Noor was more likely than other candidates to become impatient with others over minor infractions, have trouble getting along with others, to be more demanding and to have a limited social support network. The psychiatrists said he ‘reported disliking people and being around them.’”

Now, they’ll use this information in his defense. “He was over-stressed.”

“So eager” to hire a token. Hope it costs the city millions.

But we have to ‘respect his privacy’

The mayor of Minneapolis is responsible for him being hired. She therefore is responsible for the action that he
took on that fateful day.
She has done everything to suppress the rights of Americans, while favoring m*slims as direct thanks for their votes and support.
Damond died so that a woman could remain in power.

Jeez, just think of how many female infidels he would have been able to kill if he could handle stress.

And I bet her favorite voters laugh at her and think she's a fool.

Lawsuit the size of Minnesota. Her family is going to own the city and the taxpayers will be paying on that for years, if not decades.

Mayor Betsy Hodges is not a muzzie but donned a dark blue hijab to addressed a group of business
owners and "elders" at a Somali mall in south Minneapolis. BTW, she lost reelection.

Probably will, but the Leftists will view this as just more taxpayer dollars. To correct the city officials behavior, there needs to be judgments and charges against individuals.

TAXPAYERS of the city. It won't cost the people involved in this decision one dime.

The criminal process should take of him, the tort suit against the city and the persons involved in hiring/keeping him on the force will be the big issue. The $20 million question is “does qualified immunity cover such culpable neglect”? If yes, then we are truly lost- the executives can anything, the citizens nothing.

As I recall, this was the policeman who was sitting in the front passengers seat of his patrol car with his partner, talking to a women who had called the police. With no provocation that anyone could point to, he took out his gun and shot across his partner into the women’s chest while she was talking calmly to his partner. Do I have that right?

I don’t see any stress here. He is just a person who does not value life. At least not this women’s life.

I expect he’ll still get off. Ability to handle the stress of the job means nothing. That cop that shot the 12 year old kid in Cleveland was dismissed from one police department for being unfit and was hired by Cleveland. And got off with his killing. Noor will plead ‘fear for his safety’, his partner will back him up, and he’ll walk.
