We need to secure the Supreme Court pending the actions that are coming.

Timing is important. The derps MUST delay until after the mid-terms in the hope they can retake the House and/or the Senate. The Judiciary Committee and full Senate MUST bulldoze through these delying tactics (and possible kill shot) and get Kavanaugh confirmed. I am confident they will. But expect a full court press by the derp state Mockinbird media. This is their nuke.

A source familiar with the confirmation proceedings told Fox News that Feinstein received the letter back in July, but did not make its existence known publicly until Thursday. According to a report by The Intercept, the letter was relayed to lawmakers by an individual affiliated with Stanford University and concerns an incident involving the 53-year-old Kavanaugh and a woman while they were in high school. According to two officials who spoke anonymously with the New York Times, the incident involved possible sexual misconduct between Kavanaugh and the woman. The letter reportedly was given to Feinstein by Rep. Anna Eshoo, D-Calif., but has not been publicly disclosed by senators who have seen the document. Sen. Dick Durbin, D-Ill., said that the letter in question has been referred to the FBI for investigation. The FBI conducts background checks on all major government appointees, including Supreme Court nominees. “Upon receipt of the information on the night of September 12, we included it as part of Judge Kavanaugh’s background file, as per the standard process,” the FBI said in a statement.

The timing is important. We don't know when Anna Eschoo initially got the letter, but if this reporting is accurate, she passed it on to Feinstein sometime in July. Feinstein did not give it to the FBI until September 12 -- i.e., yesterday. So: the Democrats seem to have sat on a hearsay accusation for at least six weeks, preventing the FBI from investigating and, of course, denying Kavanaugh any opportunity to defend himself. And after a six week delay, they rush it to the press. This is beneath contempt.

There are inter High School dances/mixers between all boys and all girls schools. I presume that is where the alleged transgression is claimed to have occurred. Or maybe a date with a girl from the neighborhood.

Georgetown Prep is a selective, single sex high school in a big city. It is not a boarding school. The boys have perfectly normal social lives, with kids that run the full gamut of high school types (except that they're all smart). They just don't have girls in the classroom.

Georgetown Prep is a pricey school in a pricey part of Montgomery County. It caters to the carriage trade. There is a joke at Gonzaga to the effect that Georgetown Prep has a golf course on its campus, while Gonzaga has a homeless shelter. Both are academically selective, though the most rigorous Catholic boys school in DC may be St. Anselm's, off South Dakota Ave in far Northeast.

The allegation, even if not true, must be worse than any sexual act or crime that BJC did before, during or after holding the office of President. One of the articles I saw (have scanned several, and read a few) claimed that they were high school classmates.

But Yeah, All are INTENTIONALLY extremely vague, including statements by Feinstein, to prevent any refutation by Kavenaugh: Since the ‘victim’ is completely anonymous, the ‘chain of custody’ of the claims is ‘iffy’ and no specific charge has been made, Kavenaugh can’t even deny it happened.

Too bad our society is so stupid that this kind of crap actually works to sway public opinion, and not of just those on the left.
