“I’ve already laid out the facts.”

And they don’t support your conclusion. It’s your logic that’s broken.

You want Trump to just appoint a Special Prosecutor, or Special Counsel, based on Article II of the Constitution, which says nothing about it. That’s a fact.

Currnet law does not allow him to do it. That’s a fact. I quoted and linked to the actual current law.

Sorry, you can’t get there from here. Thanks for plaing.

Horowitz and Huber, on the direction of Sessions, is kicking @ss behind the scenes, while Trump and Sessions are "fighting."

They play bingo the 1st Friday of every month.... that't the extent of their activities.

You need to stop reading crap on the internet and pull till you hear a pop. Trump is the chief executive. The chief law enforcement officer. The TOP AG. He CAN do the farking job himself or do it the easier way appoint a special counsel

This is not that hard. Did i mention that Trump IS the executive branch. The reasons why we have elections?

Staggers the fargin imagination—no wonder why our country is so screwed.

No! Enough with the so-called special counsels. They never should have existed. It is only another excuse for abuse of power.

As with all modern issues, the answer, we are told, always lies in making more special laws (like an Article V Convention).

The answer lies in having men and women with integrity and fortitude who will enforce the innumerable statutes already on the books.

Military tribunals I can support - not more special counsels.
