As a female, past college student, who’s college attempted this in the 90’s, all “school supplied” pads and tampons will be used for jokes, played with by drunk people, and mostly laughed at. Nobody likes the generic crap brands schools supply— like those brown sand paper like paper towels! They talk about this like it’s an “equality” issue and that “females shouldn't’t have to pay” but bill you $15,000 for a third of a dorm room. But it’s “free”!
