For the last couple of years of his life my Dad,who died at 89,looked and sounded like that.There was no way he could manage his own affairs properly.Fortunately he allowed my older brother to manage his affairs and as a result his final years were as decent as his deteriorating health would allow.

A lot will depend on how Roberts operates as the new “swing” vote. If he sides with the left at least some of the time (like his Obamacare decision), it will give her heart.

If Roberts never sides with the Left, and she sees that all the decisions will be against her, she may decide “What’s the point?”

It’s all in Roberts hands.
