This is the cause du jour but I think it's going to generate a bit of backlash. My wife has some very liberal friends who never go off the liberal platform but on this one issue of trannies being lauded as superior women, smashing all women sports records, winning all woman of the year awards, and coming to a restroom near them they will admit that it's too much and unfair. Liberals have been trained to think they are superior to all so being told they are inferior to men in dresses chafes. Being told that they have to celebrate being turned into second tier females is not something they like. For now they lack the backbone to say so publicly en masse but the resentment is there.

I think this sort of media blitz worked with suburban white women because they weren't gay but they could get that feeling of smug superiority by embracing poor gay folk who just want to have love and raise a family in a spotless home in the burbs like they do on TV. Embracing trannies as truer versions of womanhood than themselves inherently blocks their ability to feel that smug superiority. They feel lessened by it. That won't fly with lefties. Feeling superior is why they are lefties in the first place.

Depends. An X by choice (changed voluntarily as an adult) is an obvious mental defective and a greater risk. An X from birth due to parental insanity, not so much.
