Let’s say that President Trump is a bit chaotic and perhaps ADHD. And ?????? The fruits of his time in office have been wonderful. I’m happy for chaos>tidy, frankly. Great leaders don’t always make a fine impression in the Tea Rooms.
If POTUS is angry at D.C. then good! I’m angry. It’s a huge mess that we have to pay more and more for each year while things only get better for those in D.C. - that is until Trump.
Most people who’ve really been in business cannot stand the government mentality that demands mediocre performance and demands an ever increasing budget.

I think the author is at this point in time, referring to the 2018 midterms, not 2020.
For someone so “mercurial” he seems to be very focused on getting his campaign promises checked off. He’s attacked and falsely accused night and day with ridiculous assertions among the media and destructive deep state forces as well as those among his own party. How would any of us react? He doesn’t drink or do drugs so if his “drug” of choice is defending himself on the Twitter platform my hat is off to him. I think Trump is remarkable. There is no Christian that I know of who could handle it better. MAGA!
