Get the other guy in the room to testify and see what the truth is...ASAP. That is the only way to resolve this. Also get the psychological records and see if she did indeed discuss the situation with the psychologist. If her description is accurate in papers to Psychologist from 30 years ago then deal with it. Otherwise, get on with the vote.
Why? There is no allegation, period. Why even “investigate?” Kavanaugh has A.) Denied it B.) There was never any report other than the “letter” which could be made up C.) Brett Kavanaugh has served with distinction for 35 years since this supposed incident and has a wife and two daughters. Why drag them through the mud to “prove” an accusation that someone won’t even put their name to is untrue? Zero reason to play the dems’ game here.
It says the classmate does not recall this remotely happening...
“Get the other guy in the room to testify and see what the truth is...ASAP.”
Laughable. How do you “get him in a room”? Subpoena? For what crime? What FEDERAL crime? Or what State crime? If it isn’t a homicide statute of limitations has long since expired even IF it happened.
And this other guy was supposedly a participant. You actually think he has ANY reason to testify about anything from the early 80s?
Laughable.
