Correct to a point. When one side loses a war badly enough they will beg for peace or peace will occur without them. History provides reams of data supporting this conclusion.
Takes fighting a war to decide that. Historically, the Arabs fled when they were losing, in this case. They never sue for peace on the basis of the so-called “two-state solution” when they are losing badly; they run, because they know that they don’t belong there.
