Yes, these people were horrible monsters, but what about the Brits, who, incredibly, LET THEM GET AWAY WITH IT...FOR YEARS.
I have a real problem with that part of the story.
We can sit back and wonder how the British tolerate this level of corruption and crime against children and vulnerable adults. The big question is WHY DO WE TOLERATE IT HERE?

That is solely because they do not want to; if the government and the authorities wanted to put a stop to this they could. They, however, have chosen Britain to become the (perhaps first) Western country to lose its national identity and become one with the world. If they stop this sort of criminal activity and expose its full extent, they will have to admit their open-borders policies and claims that everyone in the world is just alike are wrong.
They can’t afford that politically, not if they want to continue the replacement of native Englishmen by Muslim Pakistanis and just about everyone else in the world. To them, these are just bumps along the road to complete no borders globalization, the end of Western Civilization and Capitalism, and world-wide redistribution of wealth. It is becoming clearer every day that the U.K. lost the Cold War.

Political Correctness is a tool and excuse for the weak to do nothing.
It’s a little hard to sing Rule Britannia, especially when you get to the part about “Britons never shall be slaves”, when you have stories like this coming from Britistan.
Maybe part of the problem is that Britain does not have a real police force. Their bobbies are more or less mall security guards with timid superiors who genuflect to the altar of political correctness and even decline to participate in what PC is allowed to be.
We have a more robust and armed patrol force but we are slowly and surely succumbing to being led into what is PC. Everyone now is a racist as long as it is a white male. Same for being a sexual predator regardless of the actual ‘offense’. At least many of us are pushing back against that BS.
My respect for the UK has reached the lowest point I can imagine.

I guess I sounded more angry when my real emotion about this is ...sadness.
I love the Brits. They are usually in control and I admire that. Generally, they are courteous, classy and I love the accent...as most people do.
But, I read about this problem several years ago, then nothing, no news, and I assumed it got better. Well, I was wrong and I am perplexed that no solution is being applied.
Being an Anglophile, I have many books about the Monarchy, which I find fascinating.
I hate what is happening and some of those same things are happening here. Makes one feel helpless.
I used to be one too.
I studied WWI too deeply, and by the time I needed a break, I had lost any illusion about Britain's conduct in world affairs at the time.

Why they do it here and no one is raising cain, unless you count Janet Reno killing everyone in Mt. Carmel because they were abusing children.
