Liberals want you to permanently give up your guns.
No one holds a “buyback” for free speech rights... yet.
“Buyback” promotes the notion that the government really owns all property, real and personal, and citizens may use it only by leave of the government. Liberals have treated money like that for a long time.

To do this in California (w/handguns) you need a lockbox to deliver them to the event. No legal open carry, and not likely any CCW’ers will partake.
