Common Sense: Places like Puerto Rico, Japan, The Philippines are bound to have low loss of life from tropical storms because the people are prepared.

Katrina had a high loss of life because they were hit by a very severe storm and the people were probably less prepared for a hit like this.

But they don't have an accurate number for emigration so it all falls apart based on that alone. That is invcorrect. They have death certificates, 16,608 of them. They claimed that there should only have been 13,633. Thus they claim 2,975 were "extra" deaths that were Trump's fault. If you read the report, see my previous link, you will see it was written mostly by SJWs with two statisticians. Their estimate is that 279,744 people skipped hown.
